📦 Processing Time
Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high demand or weather-sensitive periods, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll keep you updated!

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Standard Shipping (India): 3–7 business days depending on location.
We currently ship only within India.
We use trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Dtdc to ensure reliable delivery.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order ships.

🌱 Live Plant Shipping
All succulents are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Plants are shipped bare-root (without soil) to ensure safety and reduce mess, unless otherwise specified.
We avoid shipping just before weekends or holidays to prevent plants from being stuck in transit.

❄️ Weather & Seasonal Delays
Extreme heat or cold may delay shipping to protect your plants.
We may hold your order for optimal weather conditions and will inform you if so.

📍 Shipping Charges
Flat shipping fee of ₹99 on all orders under ₹299.
Free shipping on orders above ₹299.

📬 Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
