Refund and Returns Policy
At Nainital Succulent, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality plants and gardening products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with refunds or returns under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
You may request a return or refund if:
You receive a damaged or unhealthy plant (photo evidence required within 24 hours of delivery).
You receive the wrong product instead of what you ordered.
The product is defective or significantly different from the description.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Live Plants & Perishable Items – Due to their delicate nature, live plants are not eligible for return once they have been delivered in good condition.
Change of Mind – We do not accept returns if you no longer want the product after delivery.
Care Negligence – If a plant has deteriorated due to improper care after delivery, it does not qualify for a refund.
3. How to Request a Refund or Return

Step 1: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Step 2: Provide your order number and attach clear photos showing the issue.
Step 3: We will review your request and notify you if it is approved for a refund or replacement within 72 hours ( Replacement would be Delievered in 4-5 days). We don’t provide returns.
4. Refund Processing
Refund Approval: Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing Time:Refunds are processed and credited within 7-10 business days
Shipping Costs: If the return is due to an incorrect or defective item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
