5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns.
Refunds/replacements are only applicable for plants that arrive dead or severely damaged. Proof must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.
For eligible cases, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
