1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
You may request a return or refund if: ✅ You receive a damaged or unhealthy plant (photo evidence required within 24 hours of delivery). ✅ You receive the wrong product instead of what you ordered. ✅ The product is defective or significantly different from the description.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
❌ Live Plants & Perishable Items – Due to their delicate nature, live plants are not eligible for return once they have been delivered in good condition. ❌ Change of Mind – We do not accept returns if you no longer want the product after delivery. ❌ Care Negligence – If a plant has deteriorated due to improper care after delivery, it does not qualify for a refund.
🔹 Step 1: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. 🔹 Step 2: Provide your order number and attach clear photos showing the issue. 🔹 Step 3: We will review your request and notify you if it is approved for a refund or replacement.
4. Refund Processing
✅ Refund Approval: Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. ✅ Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. ✅ Shipping Costs: If the return is due to an incorrect or defective item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
